“When you speak, stand in, and live by your truth, you can move mountains. Carpe Diem – Natalie Lukkenaer

From a young age, I knew life was too short to live with regrets. I was 9 years old when my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. From close-by, I witnessed the weight of unmade choices and dreams left behind. That shaped me forever: I decided I would live my life fully, without regret.

I went on to travel the world at 19, attained a Bachelor of Music degree, and ultimately moved from the Netherlands to Kenya in 2007. I founded and developed a groundbreaking Artist Development program; Sauti Academy, which transformed the Kenyan live music industry. I volunteered in prison, helped talented singers from humble background develop successful music careers (with Grammy success!), coached professional artists through multiple city stadium tours, stayed with the Masai, swam in the Indian Ocean, learned to speak Swahili fluently and had two amazing children.

Today, I coach ambitious individuals—leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives—to find their voice, express themselves authentically, and create impact without sacrificing their well-being. My work is about more than just confidence—it’s about aligning with your truth, owning your space, and leading on your own terms. Because life is too short to stay silent.
